A curved wall of custom P1.56 flexible LED panels, about 10 m long and 2 m high, forms the backdrop of the CNBC Arabia live studio, where presenters walk in front of real-time market charts. The flexible panels follow a smooth, natural curve with no visible steps or seams, and the surface stays perfectly even across the whole arc, which matters when cameras pan along the wall. The panels were built as a custom version for the channel: the frame rate is matched to the broadcast cameras and the refresh rate is raised to 7,680 Hz, so the wall stays free of flicker and scan lines on air. For a live channel the screen cannot go dark, so every cabinet has dual network cables and the system runs on two video processors and two sets of sending cards; if a cable or processor fails, the backup takes over and the wall keeps playing. Our engineers installed and commissioned the wall on set.
