Who we are
This website is operated by MDS DISPLAY LIMITED (MDS Display), Sanlian Park, Songbai Road, Shiyan Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518108, China. For any privacy question, email sales@mydisplayscreen.com.
Information you send us
The quote form, the chat assistant and the WhatsApp buttons on this site do not store your details in a database on our web server. When you send the quote form by email, your details and any photos or drawings you attach are passed through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email delivery service (Resend) straight to our sales mailbox, sales@mydisplayscreen.com. When you choose WhatsApp, your message opens in WhatsApp and is delivered to us there. We receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email, phone, company, country, project size and files, and use it only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on your project.
To keep spam out, the email form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is sent by a person. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Emails are kept in our business email system.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful, for example how many people open a product page or click a WhatsApp button. It uses cookies or similar identifiers and reports statistics to us without telling us who you are. The site also remembers your light/dark theme choice and whether you closed the chat prompt in your own browser storage. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
Embedded content
Product and project videos are embedded from YouTube; the player only loads when you press play, and YouTube may then set its own cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address when content loads, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve your project, provide warranty support and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share project details only when needed to deliver your order, for example with shipping companies or, if you agree, a local installation partner.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by emailing sales@mydisplayscreen.com.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
