AI Factory Tour mobile exhibition, New York, United States

The AI Factory Tour is a technology roadshow that travels in a converted exhibition trailer to present NVIDIA AI Factory solutions, together with technology partners, to business audiences. MDS supplied the screens at the heart of the space: a long P0.93 COB LED video wall along the side of the trailer and a vertical COB LED display at the centre between two interactive kiosks. Visitors stand close to the screens, and at P0.93 the walls show 4K ultra-HD presentations and launch content in sharp detail, with no visible pixels even at arm's length. The photos show the trailer from outside, the interior during setup and the finished exhibition.

The challenge

A touring exhibition is assembled, driven from city to city and taken down again. The screens had to look perfect up close, run reliably through every show day, survive the road between stops, and be simple enough for the customer's own crew to install.

The MDS solution

The customer visited MDS in China to see and test the P0.93 COB displays before ordering, then installed the complete system with their own team while our engineers provided technical guidance throughout. COB packaging seals the LEDs under a protective surface, so the screen is robust against knocks during setup and transport and stays stable on the road, while the 0.93 mm pitch delivers 4K ultra-HD image quality for close viewing.
