MDS Display price guide: what affects the cost of your LED display

Quick answer

MDS Display quotes every LED display for the actual project instead of publishing a price list. The price depends on the product (transparent, rolling or video wall), the pixel pitch, the screen size and shape, the installation method, the control system and delivery to your country. Send your size, a photo and your country, and we reply with a quotation within 2 hours during working hours (GMT+8). There is no minimum order, and you can start with one sample.

What changes the price of an MDS LED display
FactorWhat it means for your quote
Product typeA Mesh PCB Transparent LED Display, a Rolling LED Display and a fine-pitch COB video wall are built differently, so each is priced on its own basis.
Pixel pitchA finer pitch packs more LEDs into every square metre. P3.9 has 65,536 dots/m², P6.25 has 25,600 dots/m², so the finer pitch usually costs more per m² but looks sharper up close.
Screen area and shapeThe price follows the screen area. Transparent panels are 250 mm wide and join to any length; rolling screens are built from 500 × 62.5 mm modules. Curved or unusual shapes are assessed per project.
Installation methodAdhered to the glass, hung behind it or fixed on a frame each need different accessories. Double-sided or 360° installations need more structure.
Control systemThe sending card, receiving cards and player are chosen from the final resolution and how you want to update content (USB, LAN, Wi-Fi or cloud).
QuantityThere is no minimum order: you can start with a single sample. Larger orders and repeat projects are quoted accordingly.
Shipping and importQuotations exclude freight and import duties in your country. Air freight takes 7–12 days, and DDP delivery (duties paid to your door) can be calculated separately.
Installation supportRemote guidance, free training at our factory, a local installation partner (UK, Malaysia, Indonesia, Switzerland) or MDS engineers on site, depending on the project.

Price questions

How much does an MDS display cost?

MDS Display does not publish a fixed price list, because the price depends on the product, pixel pitch, screen size, installation method and destination. Send the glass or wall size, a photo and your country on WhatsApp or through the quote form, and we reply with a quotation within 2 hours during working hours (GMT+8).

Why don't you show prices on the website?

Two windows of the same size can need a different pitch, panel height, installation method or control system. A quote based on your actual site is more accurate than a price per square metre that leaves out what you really need.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. There is no MOQ, and you can order a single sample first to check brightness and transparency on your own window.

Does the price include shipping?

Quotations exclude freight and import duties. We can quote air or sea freight, or DDP delivery with duties paid to your door, as a separate line.

What are the payment terms and lead time?

Payment is 50% deposit and 50% before shipping. Production takes 20–25 days after the deposit, and air freight takes 7–12 days.

Is P3.9 or P6.25 better value?

P3.9 is sharper for people standing close to the window (from about 2 m). P6.25 has fewer LEDs per square metre, is brighter at 4,500 nits and suits large windows seen from further away (about 5–10 m). We recommend the pitch from your viewing distance, not from the price alone.

What warranty is included?

All MDS displays come with a 2-year warranty. Modules are built on our own SMT line and aged for 24–72 hours before shipping.
